The Crown Sydney team have a number of opportunities for Membership Specialists to join our team in a part-time role. If you have an interest within Customer Services, membership applications and enrolments then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Membership Specialist will assist with Crown Sydney membership onboarding activities to ensure that they are customer centric and compliant with relevant policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting.
The Membership Specialist is required to access multiple Crown systems which include, but are not limited to, external databases, Crown's Casino Management System and internal dashboards, to ensure the customer is able to be provided access to gaming areas at Crown Sydney.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform Crown Sydney membership onboarding activities to ensure that they are customer centric and compliant with relevant policies and procedures
- Understanding of relevant compliance and legislation relating to customer processes (e.g. AML/CTF, KYC, and Privacy etc.) highly desirable but not essential
- Maintain accurate records and reporting, high attention to detail with an eye to spot error
- Part time position - guaranteed 32 hours per week, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours
- Ability to work a rotating shift, with evening shifts up until midnight - 7 days per week. Required days available to work are Friday-Sunday plus one additional week day
- Proven experience in a VIP customer facing role, such as an Onboarding specialist, Registration officer, Rewards and Loyalty, Front Office Attendant or similar
- Experience in a frontline fast-paced environment
- Experience in making informed decisions when faced with complex customer situations
- High accuracy of recording and reporting and excellence in attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong teamwork ethics
- Exceptional probity and credit clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences
- Second language preferable but not essential
