Position Overview: Provide culturally sensitive counseling and support to men affected by family violence. Facilitate group sessions and collaborate with stakeholders for holistic intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling sessions to men impacted by family violence.
Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
Collaborate with community stakeholders.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
Maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
Qualification in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related.
Experience in family violence counseling.
Understanding of cultural and social factors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
