Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Mental Health services to individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings. The Mental Health Clinician will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with Mental Health disorders
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Educate patients and their families about Mental Health disorders and treatment options
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Clinician
- Experience providing Mental Health services to individuals, families, and groups
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for Mental Health disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care
