- Base salary range $143,636 - $152,931 (p.a.)

- Deliver high-quality, person-focused, culturally-safe and evidence-based Mental Health assessment and therapy services
- Deliver evidence based and culturally safe and responsive interventions for a range of disorders, including substance abuse, mood disorders and trauma
- Apply professional judgement to a complex caseload and contribute to the development of clinical practices, procedures, and protocols
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide appropriate support to clients.
- Ensure all documentation, records and health information systems are maintained
- A degree in a relevant discipline (Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or other Allied Health) or equivalent qualification, with professional accreditation (e.g., AHPRA or similar), with minimum three years clinical experience
- Knowledge of Mental Health best practice in relation to prevention, assessment, early identification, treatment and rehabilitation and a proven capacity to deliver innovative, quality client services within professional and service timeframes.
- Awareness of Aboriginal culture within Australia’s history, knowledge of cultural sensitivities and current issues affecting the lives of Aboriginal people
- Demonstrated ability in effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Current driver’s license
