About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Community Mental Health Service Acute Care Team.

About you:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Mental Health Professional who possess a passion for person centred care. We welcome applications from people who are experienced and highly skilled working in acute psychiatry in a community setting.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
2. Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker. Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist OR for Social Workers, eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
3. Demonstrated experience working on an Acute Care Team within a Community Mental Health Service and experience working as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality consumer care and services to support families and carers of people with mental illness.
5. Commitment to provision of recovery-focused holistic Mental Health interventions.
6. Demonstrated ability to engage with a range of multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
7. Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills, and effective interpersonal and organisational skills, including using an electronic medical record system.
8. Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence
