The spaceOur Clinic is centrally located in trendy Surry Hills in a lively, tree-lined street among bustling cafes. We are a short walk from the light rail, Central and Museum station. The space has been thoughtfully designed to be accommodating, comfortable, and warm. With pats solicited by our Emotional Support Toy Poodle, “Dr Cindy”, it really won’t feel like you’re at work.Enter with your own electronic pin-code to find a luxurious lounging and reception area, and four private temperature-controlled consult rooms with natural light and large windows, which overlook a sunny outdoor balcony to eat your lunch. You will have…- Superior communication skills and a passion for your work and clients
- Maintain high standards of psychological services (i.e., intervention, correspondence, and record-keeping)
- A professional demeanour and fluent knowledge of ethical guidelines
- Demonstrated skills in providing evidence-based psychological interventions including CBT, ACT and/or DBT
And
- AHPRA Psychologist registration with or without area of practice endorsement in clinical psychology;
Desirable (but not essential) criteria:
- Experience or special interest in diagnosis, treatment and management of cognitive disorders (i.e. ADHD and Executive Functioning)
- Eligible for Medicare Rebate
- Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) approved supervisor status
- Completion of a postgraduate degree in Clinical psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology
