Mental Health Clinical Lead - Woolner NT

Position details

  • Part Time, Permanent (0.6 FTE)
  • Classification: Health Professional Level 3 or Nurses Award Level 3 with a salary range of $106,427- $123,243 per annum pro rata + Superannuation

About your new role

The Clinical Lead will focus on the development and review of the Primary Health Network funded Short-Term Therapies (STT) Program Specifications, an associated integral component of Mental health Intake, Assessment, Triage and Referral programs in Darwin. This will include undertaking stakeholder consultation and the development of communication strategies regarding potential program changes.

Additionally, the roe will assist to better enable the use of telehealth as a method of undertaking assessments within the program and will support access to specific professional development opportunities for NTPHN Commissioned STT Providers.

What you will bring to the role

  • The Clinical Lead will be expected to be a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or a Social Worker with membership with the Australian Association of Social Worker (AASW). or can evidence membership eligibility AASW.
  • A valid Working with Children Card (For Social Workers/Non AHPRA profession)
  • A valid Australian Driver's licence
