Metal Fabrication

Hume Commercial Doors & Frames is part of a major Australian manufacturing company. We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to work at our Thornton site.  The role will cover a range of operational activities within the site.

The successful applicant must have the ability to produce quality work, be able to work in a team and independently and have great communication skills.

The successful applicant will have skill sets in line with some or all of the following operating requirements:

• Turret Punch / Press Brake operational experience 
• Assembly, fabrication and welding - competent in MIG welding
• Spray painting background
• Excellent attention to detail and "right first time" approach
• A proven history in a similar role
• A high regard for Workplace Health & Safety 
• Available for immediate start
