This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Part Time, or Casual appointments with the possibility of permanency.

Position Profile: Provides comprehensive administrative, executive and clerical services to Management. Ensures effective and proactive revenue enhancement functions in accordance with policy. Duties include clerical Administration, Internal and External communications to the hospital and systems data entry as required.

Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.

Other Conditions:  WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies require applicants to undertake criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. This is an “open-ended” recruitment pool, and as such the following should be noted:

  • The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis.

  • Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2025
