Mid-Career Consultant

• Join an international marketing analytics and strategy advisory firm, collaborating with some of Australia's best brands to deliver brand and customer experience outcomes
• This role will see you on end-to-end programs of work, applying qualitative and quantitative research capabilities to design and deliver robust methods to discover insights
• Full Time role based in Melbourne with access to the latest collaboration technologies to support flexible and remote working

About the Role

We are continuously on the lookout for bright, ambitious Consultants to grow our team and support the ongoing delivery of our growth strategy. Leveraging your aptitude, ambition, interest in marketing strategy, analytics and advisory to provide data driven evidence that will provide our clients the confidence to make bold marketing decisions, to drive organisational growth via brand, communications, customer experience and offer optimisation strategy.

• You will be working with some of the most influential brands in Australia to help them better serve their customers and grow market share.
• Your colleagues will be some of the brightest marketing, research design and analytical minds on offer.
• You will explore and examine the research and evidence, present your thoughts, and collaborate to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients and their business.

What you will bring to the role:

• 5+ years' Marketing/Strategy Consultative experience - either agency or client side.
• Qualitative and/or quantitative research skills.
• Proven track record in engaging with clients to build and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in end to end project delivery and account management.
