Due to rapid business growth, we are now offering an opportunity for an outstanding OC manager to join a friendly and dynamic team that manage iconic buildings throughout Melbourne.
This is an autonomous role that allows you to develop long term relationships with committees.
About You
- Adaptable and dedicated to achieving team objectives

- Enjoy taking ownership of all Owners Corporation related needs
- Strong understanding of OC Administration and Financials
- Focused on providing customer service excellence
Key Requirements of the role
- Knowledge and application of the Owners Corporations Act 2006
- Ability to Chair and facilitate meetings, negotiate, mediate, communicate, manage various personalities and provide accurate advice
- High level of professionalism and ability to problem solve and multitask within a team
- Understanding of buildings, plans of subdivisions, defects and dealing with relevant legislation
- Arrange quotes, repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
