The role:
As Control Systems Engineer you will work as part of an established team to deliver design, programming, analysis, problem solving and remote / on-site support for the Control Systems of operating sites across the globe.
Part of your role will also be to investigate and develop customised solutions based on clients requirements and attend site for commissioning and on-site support when required.
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or similar relevant discipline
- Experience working with PLC & SCADA systems, ideally Yokogawa, Siemens, Rockwell, Citect although other system experience will be highly regarded
- At least 5 years industry experience in a consulting, commissioning or operational environment
- Project experience in the mining, oil & gas, water/waste water or similar heavy industry
- Ability to communicate confidently both with office and site personnel, including Client representatives
