About the Role
This role presents an exciting chance to transition from a junior position and step into a realm of greater ownership and responsibility. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic design team, where collaboration and communication are paramount, and your development and growth are not just encouraged but actively fostered.
  
Responsibilities
Working and collaborating alongside the design director and the senior designer your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Work on a wide range of projects, including branding, websites, video animations, marketing content, and environmental graphics.
• Contribute to ideation sessions, infusing your creativity into projects that challenge the status quo.
• Participate in client interactions, understanding their needs and translating them into visually compelling solutions.
• Under the supervision of the design director and the senior designer, independently own design projects.
• Deliver well executed ideas with polish and attention-to-detail, ensuring timely delivery that meets project deadlines.

   
About You

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or studio environment.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, with particular emphasis on branding and digital design, demonstrating a keen eye for typography, attention to detail, and innovative creative thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with animation and video editing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work within a team while also displaying a high level of independence when required.
• Proven ability to manage projects of varying scales and types across both digital and print mediums, while demonstrating capability in navigating marketing strategies and creating diverse marketing content.
