Our Mungari Gold Operations are a cornerstone asset located 28km west from central Kalgoorlie, Western Australia (WA) and 600km east of Perth. Mungari has a predominantly residential workforce, with many living in Kalgoorlie Boulder, giving employees the luxury of coming home every day.

Earlier this year we announced our expansion project, a $250m investment to expand our processing mill. This investment will extend Mungari's mine life to 15 years and double annual production to over 200,000 ounces per year post commissioning. It's an exciting time to join the Mungari Operations!

About the role
Reporting to the Underground Mining Superintendent, we are looking to appoint 2 Pitram Coordinators to provide operational support for Pitram reporting at Mungari Operations and play a key role in ensuring accurate mine reporting. Key result areas include:

• Provide oversight to ensure that all reporting metrics are recorded accurately and consistently on a shift-by-shift basis
• Provide daily support to database control and overall reporting system governance
• Produce shift and daily reports in an efficient and timely manner
• Monitor and manage the quality of operations data being captured and provide timely feedback on any issues to relevant operational stakeholders to address
• Development and maintenance of mine reporting systems and processes with assistance from the Pitram Operators.
• Accountable for ownership of the system including the promotion of its use across the operation
• Responsible for monitoring and recording problems and user-requested enhancements relating to the Pitram system as well as addressing reporting issues
• Responsible for training new and relief Pitram Operators as required

About you
As the Pitram Coordinator you will have experience working in an underground production environment as a Pitram Operator and will have demonstrated how you have successfully filled the duties of a similar role. It is anticipated that you have extensive Pitram operating systems knowledge and understand the fundamentals of underground hard rock mining. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Leadership skills including the ability to manage change, influence and motivate
• Experience in data base administration, and data base entry essential
• Excellent computer skills and experience within PITRAM
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's Licence
