Mine Site Commercial Cleaner

Commercial Mine Site Cleaning Technician - Moranbah - *Office cleaning only, no accomodation cleaning

We are in search of a Mine Site Cleaner who embodies qualities such as being proactive, engaged, thoughtful, careful, reliable and responsive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in making spaces sparker, ensuring they are hygienic and smell amazing, delivering a level of cleanliness that exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Cleaning Excellence: perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring that all surfaces are spotless, hygienic, and left with a fresh, inviting fragrance.
• Careful Handling: handle cleaning equipment and chemicals with care, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
• Proactive Approach: anticipate cleaning needs and take the initiative to address them, keeping spaces consistently clean and inviting
• Quality Assurance: pay careful attention to detail to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
• Responsiveness: be highly responsive to immediate cleaning requirements and adapt to changing situations as they arise
• Reliability: consistently adhere to schedules and deliver on commitments, ensuring spaces are ready and inviting for all
• Thoughtful Execution: take care when cleaning and ensure you are following training provided

Job details:

• Monday - Sunday
• 7 on, 7 off roster
• 12 hour shifts; 6am to 6pm
• Open to local residents of the Isaac Plains region
• Open to residents of Mackay & Whitsundays. DIDO option. Meals and accomodation can be provided

Job requirements:

• Proven commercial cleaning experience with a strong understanding of professional techniques, safety and maintenance of equipment
• You CARE about the quality of your work and enjoy working with people
• Valid Standard 11 Certificate
• Coal Board Medical
• Proactive and engaged work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances and cleaning requirements
• Careful and thoughtful approach to task to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
• Reliable and consistent in adhering to schedules and delivering high-quality results
• Be willing to obtain White Card & Police Check
• Must have a current driver’s license and own transportation
