The Opportunity
As Youth Insearch's Executive Officer, you'll become a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. Your exceptional organisational skills and proactive nature will be key in anticipating their needs and ensuring seamless operations. This pivotal role directly impacts Youth Insearch's mission.
You'll provide strategic support, manage communications, and act as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders. By orchestrating efficient operations, you'll empower the leadership team to excel. Fostering strong relationships, you'll be a trusted advisor and ambassador for Youth Insearch, both internally and externally.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing schedules, travel, and communications for the CEO and executive team
- Assisting leadership in achieving organisational goals and executing key projects
- Coordinating engagement with government bodies, preparing materials and facilitating communication.
- Overseeing executive events, conferences, and meetings, handling logistics and ensuring success.
About You
For this appointment we are seeking an experienced, extroverted professional with excellent communication and organisational skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have;
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives, with exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, fostering connections with diverse internal and external leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, fostering strong relationships through clear and professional interactions.
- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
