About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Tracking Consultantto join our team at the Minto site. This position is offering a 12 month fixed term contract for 3 days per week.
You will expand the Project Tracking pipeline by cultivating business relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and builders to proactively identify high-quality business leads across all CSR brands. In this role you will:
- Manage stakeholders to highlight CSR's value and secure projects
- Drive leads through the sales process by arranging sales appointments
- Identify project roles and provide insights to sales teams
- Track projects from planning to builder-awarded stage, maintaining the database
- Develop knowledge of CSR products to align prospects, complying with WHSE guidelines
What you bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or Project Tracking in construction/trade
- Experience in lead generation and outbound cold calls
- Strong customer service and understanding of the building process
- Knowledge of competitors' and CSR products
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
