MOBILE FLEET SCHEDULER

Fosterville Gold Mine invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the position of Mobile Fleet Scheduler. The primary purpose of this position is to provide scheduling services to the Mobile Fleet Maintenance team including maintaining and administering Pronto (CMMS) & Obzervr in relation to engineering and maintenance activities.

Reporting to the Mobile Fleet Superintendent, your duties will include:

• Deliver weekly maintenance schedule on time and to a suitable standard for Mobile Fleet Supervisors and Mobile Fleet Foreperson and related teams to execute.
• Track compliance to the plan and report on any deviation to it.
• Facilitate weekly planning meetings with Mobile Maintenance teams. 
• Monitor weekly work order completion in Pronto and ensure that information entered is correct.
• Provide feedback on any issues with parts or execution.
• Reporting of downtime, availability, and utilisation of mobile equipment.
• Consult with service providers to ensure Mine Maintenance objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
• Support the Mine Maintenance Mobile Fleet Superintendent to create Mobile Maintenance Capital and Operating budgets.
• Assist in the development of mobile equipment replacement strategies and the development of other capital project work.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent, and Mining industry experience >5years
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook) and exposure to INX
• Exposure to Pronto and Obzervr is desirable
• Considerable experience with planning and scheduling systems, and the development of maintenance strategies.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, willing to work as part of a team, with a focus on overall department outcomes

The roster will initially be 5/2 with the possibility to accommodate a flexible work roster once you settle into the role.
