Collgar Renewables operates the Collgar Wind Farm, which is a $750 million renewable power project at Merredin in Western Australia’s central Wheatbelt. Collgar is owned by Australia's largest superannuation fund the Retail Employees Superannuation (REST).
Collgar Wind Farm has 111 turbines and is spread over 18,000Ha with a power production capacity of 220MW. The Company generates and delivers clean, renewable electricity into the SWIS each year, making a major contribution to Western Australia's greenhouse gas reductions.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Coordinator(Monday to Friday) to join our team at the Collgar Wind Farm in Merredin. The regionally based role is accountable for providing support to the Site Superintendent in coordinating site management activities, wind farm performance monitoring and maintenance planning. The Site Coordinator also supports arranging technical maintenance activities and repairs for the Collgar Wind Farm operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for the delivery of assigned performance targets aligned with corporate strategic goals, KPIs and targets.
- Coordinate all site HSE initiatives including tracking, monitoring and record-keeping to ensure CWF and Vestas compliance.
- Support the Site Superintendent around Vestas maintenance and reliability issues.
- Track and collate information to assist the Site Superintendent when updating the CEO and Principal Engineer on operational impacts on revenue.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to assist the Site Superintendent, CEO and CFO during revenue, budget and forecasting generation discussions.
- Deliver support to the Site Superintendent in preparation of periodic generation, safety, inspections and compliance reports.
- Assist in the review of policies and procedures provided by Vestas.
- Support the Site Superintendent to ensure adequate coverage by Vestas personnel for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Assist the Site Superintendent with Vestas reports, timesheets and maintenance schedules.
- Deliver administrative, technical and analytical support as required for business improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience in a commercial company with exposure to site operations.

This role will be required to occasionally travel from the Collgar Wind Farm in Merredin to Perth.
