Records management admin – 12-month contract – Sydney - $500-$600 + super

This federal government organisation is currently looking for a EDRMS Administrator (electronic document and Records Management system) to join their existing team on a 12-month contract. This role is a critical part of the records projects that has been running for the last 4 years. This role is based in Sydney with WFH options. Initially a 12-month contract with strong potential to extend. You must be an Australian citizen and hold baseline clearance to be considered for this role.
Your new role
As a EDRMS Administrator or records manager, you will have vast experience across Information management, Records Management, and EDRM. You will be providing BAU support as well as participating with the records project. Your main responsibility will be to oversee, manage, and develop the EDRMS. This will include developing and applying records classification rules to content, archiving and sentencing/destruction of Agency’s records. You will have strong communication skills are you will be able to conduct training for all new employees and deliver refresher courses to the staff.
