Macmahon has an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Officer to join the Recruitment Services team at Perth Head Office on a full time 5 month contract. Reporting to the Mobilisation Team Lead, this is a varied role within an energetic, established team.
The Perth office is strategically located at the Airport (T1/T2) and boasts an impressive staff gym with personal and group training, free secure undercover parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The role
- Mobilisation activities related to open pit, underground, civil projects
- Manage and maintain mobilisation tracking sheets
- Compiling and submitting candidate's paperwork for client review
- Access the National Crime Check database
- Follow up on pre-employment medical results and clearances
- Order uniforms / PPE
- Effective updates and communication to site personnel and recruitment advisors
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
- Previous SAP Success Factors experience
