8/6 Roster - Based in Henderson
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots of things to juggle? Do you pride yourself on being super organised and a great communicator? Well, we've got a fantastic opportunity for you as a Mobilisation Officer located at our Henderson depot. And the best part? You will be working on a 8/6 swing (8am - 6pm). This will be a shared role with a training period provided (Mon-Fri initially).
This role involves coordinating and mobilising our Cranecrew to various sites in Western Australia. It's a busy job that requires great attention to detail, top-notch communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Mobilisation of personnel for shutdown and project works;
- Review of employee qualifications and ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel mobilising to site;
- Co-ordination and booking of flights, travel and accommodation;
- Organise inductions, medicals and PPE for current employees;
- Support to ad-hoc works as required; and
- Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of one year experience in mobilisation role;
- Have a dynamic personality and a positive attitude;
- Strong time management and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
- The ability to find solutions under pressure with a sense of urgency and responsibility;
- Excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- The ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team;
- Demonstrated proficiency in establishing and managing internal and external relationships;
- Experience with INX, workflow will be highly advantageous.
- Crane industry knowledge preferable.
