About the Role: 

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator will be responsible for the professional and timely delivery of recruitment, mobilisation, administration and compliance of tradespersons, engineering & staff to the required project.

Responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with technical leads & clients to ensure quality of labour and safety needs are met
• Facilitate all phases of the onboarding & Mobilisation process for both white and blue collar candidates.
• Reference checking & background verifications
• Booking of preemployment medicals
• Co-ordinate and plan the delivery of training
• Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, training verification. 
• Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
• Maintain and build close relationships with candidates and contacts
• Manage the day-to-day administration responsibilities including file management & CV formatting and maintaining recruitment trackers
