This role is based within our Sunshine Coast Head Office, QLD.
About the Role:
Goodline requires a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team located at our head office on the Sunshine Coast. This position will require a person with the ability to handle multiple tasks associated with the recruiting of staff to work on mine sites across Australia. You will be detail orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle of hiring including:
- Liaising with site and project manager to understand the personnel levels required for job execution
- Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates
- Organising interviews and conducting reference checks
- Organising the induction and onboarding requirements
- Organising medicals and pre-employment drug screening
- Recruitment through professional networks, internet and social media
About you:
You will be a strong and dynamic administrator/recruiter who is self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of mobilisation and recruitment. You will have the ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the capability to efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment
- Ability to effectively problem solve and troubleshoot
- Experience recruiting candidates across multiple trades and industries or extensive experience working with people
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills, data entry and administration experience
