Demonstrated experience providing application and infrastructure monitoring, including: - Infrastructure/Azure resource monitoring. - Configuring alerts and diagnostic settings in monitoring tools and Azure. - Building dashboards for application and platform monitoring. - Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for application performance issues by analysing metrics, logs, and traces. - Proficiency in managing and analysing application logs for troubleshooting and performance analysis.30%3. Demonstrated experience in DevOps and automation, including: - Automate, test, and deploy infrastructure templates with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Terraform for infrastructure as code. - Experience in Git branching and pull requests. - Proficiency in Kusto Query Language (KQL). OR Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing the following monitoring solutions: SCOM, OEM, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Splunk and ITSI.30%4. Proven ability to complete documentation to a high standard and communicate effectively with key technical stakeholders and customers.20%Desirable criteria1.
