Monitoring Operator - Night Shift

About the Role: 

Due to internal promotions, we are looking to employ new Monitoring Operators for our Coffs Harbour team.
  
You will work in our NTO team - National Transport Office and we are open to applicants who have worked in a similar role or are looking to start a career in the transport industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the driver’s hours on shuttle and linehaul runs
• Communicating departure and arrival times with customers, depots, and drivers
• Ensuring driver’s conduct is in line with company policies and procedures.
• Willing to work Night Shift rotating roster including weekends.

About You:
 
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

• Prior administration experience
• Positive attitude, great customer service and relationship building skills.
• Solid computer skills
• Have good organisation and planning skills.
• The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks.

These additional skills & experience are highly regarded but not essential:

• Previous experience in a similar role including working with temperature-controlled freight.
• Familiarity with fatigue, speed, mass and maintenance requirements
• Sound knowledge of metropolitan and regional freight networks
