Some of our longer term brokers are consistently earning over $400k. Skills and experience- The minimum educational requirement is a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
- A willingness to learn and apply the systems we will give you.
- A background in sales and/or finance is desirable.
- An understanding that this is your business and you will get out of it what you put into it, but we will give you all the tools and personal support you need to succeed, as many already are.
- An appreciation that success comes from putting the client's needs first and making them feel important and valued.
