The primary responsibility of a mortgage broker is to assist clients in selecting loan products and handle loan applications on their behalf. Their earnings primarily come from commissions paid by banks to broker firms. The nature of the job is similar to that of a sales-oriented intermediary.
Here are our recruitment criteria for potential candidates:
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Big drive for success and being rich
- Native chinese speaking ( Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Fluent English is an additional advantage
- Full-time availability is given priority
- Banking experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite
This is the income you woukd expect being a broker
Junior Broker (0-12 months): $40k to $60k
Senior Broker (12-24 months): $100k to $150k
Loan Manager (24-36 months): $130k to $200k
Team Leader (36 months and above): $200k to $500k
