ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone with a lending background and has had previous experience as a Mortgage broker Assistant to work full time in our Bella Vista office.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Compile and organise necessary documents, such as income verification, credit reports, and property information.
- Prepare and submit complete and accurate mortgage application packages to lenders.
- Liaise with mortgage lenders to track the progress of applications and address any issues that may arise.
- Facilitate communication between clients and lenders, ensuring all requirements are met for loan approval
- Keep client details up to date in CRM
- Have a strong understanding of lending policy
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (preferred but not necessary)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeaner and strong customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and proactive attitude
