About the Role:
This dual-role position is designed for a dynamic duo ready to dive into both the managerial and operational sides of motel management.
We are open to a single manager who is capable to handling the work alongside another assistant manager.
Your days will be varied, combining oversight of daily operations with direct involvement in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front-of-house operations, including guest reception and reservations.
- Direct and engage in daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring excellence in room and common area presentation.
- Cultivate and maintain positive guest relations, tailoring experiences to meet diverse needs.
- Collaborate with staff, contributing to all areas of motel operations.
- Maintain the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces, including gardens and pool areas.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and inventory of supplies.
- Drive marketing efforts and manage online presence.
- Undertake additional tasks, such as gardening, with specific remuneration tied to both managerial and operational duties.
Who We're Looking For:
- Individuals or couples with experience in motel or hospitality management and housekeeping.
- Exceptional multitasking and organisational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to both managerial responsibilities and physical tasks.
Offering You:
- A competitive remuneration package starting at $110,000+ per annum for a couple, plus bonuses and room-based housekeeping incentives.
- For a single Motel Manager, your package will start at $80,000 + performance bonus.
- On-site accommodation included in the salary package.
