Your new Company: My client has just acquired a well-established motel, recently acquired and is seeking an experienced and dedicated Motel Office Manager to lead our team. Your New Role: As the Motel Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the medium-sized motel. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining efficient processes. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
What you will need to succeed:
Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Guest Services: Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and comfort.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimise revenue streams.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including holding a valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
Weekend Availability: The role requires working one weekend day to oversee operations during peak periods.
Out-of-Hours Support: Be available for out-of-hours call-outs to address emergencies or urgent matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing hotels, motels, or caravan parks.
Valid WWVP card (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
