Motel Receptionist

Acacia Ridge Hotel is looking for our next Motel receptionist. 

This position is casual with the opportunity of progression & Growth. Upon employment you will have extensive one on one training provided & support of our hotel team while you settle into your new role.

•  Experience is essential but not required. 

Job Description:

• Tasks including answering phones, taking motel bookings with regular guest and new guests, greeting people
• Managing reservations and online booking system and by emails
• Checking guests in and out, also adjusting bookings for guests
• Providing customers service and assistance
• Must be experienced and competent with computer skills, have an eye for details with the ability to multi-task and priorities tasks
• Accurate with figures and using Credit Card payments, cash and direct payment from head office
• Excellent communications skill
• Company charging accounts and Room charges
• Coordinate with the housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-ins and checkouts
• Open and close the Motel Reception office
• Communicating the relevant information to management as required in a professional manner
