Commencing mid-October on an initial 6-month contract (with a real potential of extending), you will be part of a of an enjoyable, stimulating, and challenging new work environment based in Joondalup. You will be provided with work / life balance (3 days / week) and a variety of design opportunities where you can see your creative endeavours displayed on a grander scale.

Who you Are:
You can work with minimal supervision and deliver results under time pressures with accuracy. You have a minimum of 2 years of proven design, production, and output experience. You will have a drive to succeed, with a service-oriented, customer-first ethos with excellent design ability. You must enjoy being part of a fast-moving and a goal-oriented team that likes to exceed any targets put in front of them. We are looking for definite self-motivation and the ability to work and achieve without supervision. We want a person who takes ownership of their position, is accountable for their results, and takes responsibility for the outcomes of their design work.
The Opportunity:
You will job share and work alongside a talented and organised Graphic Design Manager. You will be a tight-knit design team, outputting design work to a much larger production team. This is a very hands-on position. Design is the absolute vital cog in our business that must be done with accuracy and speed. Results will be expected from the successful candidate.
Marketing skills and experience will be highly regarded, as in times of lesser demand for design, we will need someone to assist with the implementation of our Marketing Plan.
Your main duties will include:
- Reading Job Sheets & Interpreting Client Requirements
- Graphic Design
- Wide Format Output &
- Marketing and social media for the Business
To be considered for this great role, you will have:
- At least 2 years previous experience in a Graphic Design role
- Experience within the Signage Industry will be advantageous
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- Experience with Wide Format Printers is desirable &
- Experience designing Vehicle graphics will be highly regarded
