• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for various projects including advertisements, packaging, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Design visually engaging graphics for product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
• Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners.
• Develop graphics for print materials such as catalogues, brochures, and trade show displays.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.Experience and Key Personal Qualities

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the outdoor industry or related field.
• A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts.
• A passion for the outdoors and an understanding of outdoor gear and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
