As a Motor Claims consultant you will be responsible for:
- Managing and processing motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling
- Conducting thorough investigations to determine coverage, liability, and the extent of damages
- Reviewing policy terms and conditions to accurately assess claim validity and coverage limits
- Communicating with policyholders, insurance adjusters, and third-party service providers to gather necessary information and documentation
- Providing professional and empathetic customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to Motor Claims
- Negotiating settlements with claimants, repair shops, and other parties involved, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintaining accurate claim records, documentation, and reports for internal and regulatory purposes

- A minimum of 1 years experience in Motor insurance claims
- Good knowledge of motor insurance policies, coverages, and claims procedures and be proficient using claims management software
