Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage end to end motor vehicle claims or accident management processes efficiently and effectively
- Timely and cost-effective management of a complex claims portfolio
- Maintain strong account management practices, building and nurturing re4lationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilise technical knowledge to thoroughly investigate, assess and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in a fast pasted environment
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven track record of end to end Motor Claims management and settlement
- Experience managing commercial Motor Claims is desirable but not essential
- Ability to build and manage effective relationships over the phone, email and face to face
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timelines
- Ability to work in a team-based atmosphere
- Minimum of 2 years managing insurance claims
