About the Role
We are looking for casual, Part time and Full time Motorcycle Instructors to join our teams at our VIC Rider Training Centres: Ballarat, Braeside, Geelong, Horsham, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Werribee, Wodonga. Successful applicants will be keen motorcyclists, reliable, organised, enjoy working with people and have a burning passion to inspire others to ride a motorcycle in a manner that reduces their risk on the road. Reporting to the Victorian Operations Manager, you will conduct motorcycle training and assessments according to the VicRoads MGLS syllabus. You will also be responsible for maintaining our high level of customer service.
To apply for a role with us as a Motorcycle Instructor, you must:
- Hold a valid full Victorian motorcycle licence
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or be willing to undertake training to receive the TAE qualification
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a passion for motorcycles and enjoy teaching others
- Ability to work autonomously
- Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends (minimum 4 weekend days per 4 week period)
- Receive a satisfactory Police Check and driving history check
- Previous experience in teaching or motorcycle instruction is preferred but not required.
