Position Overview
We seek a dynamic Motorhome Rental Branch Manager to lead our Virginia branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel and leisure industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in operations management. The Branch Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Motorhome Rental Branch.
- Ensure fleet maintenance and cleanliness meet company standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule regular inspections and repairs.
- Administrative requirements for daily/weekly reporting.
- Able to work some Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
Customer Service
- Foster a customer-centric culture to provide an exceptional rental experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including support personnel.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Financial Management
- Manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimise branch profitability.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of motorhome or RV systems and maintenance is a plus.
- Written and verbal communication skills
