Corestaff has current vacancies for Multiple Positions working within the mining sector.  These roles are based FIFO, DIDO and residential around Mount Isa. Excellent opportunities to commence your start within the mining industry or further your skills and industry knowledge.
  
These are hands on roles, working a 7/7 Roster.

• Nippers
• Loader Operators
• Charger / Explosive Operators

  
Job requirements

• Loader & Charger roles require a minimum of 18 months mining experience.
• Loaders: CAT 1700, 2900. Sandvik 307, 514, 517, 621. Trucks: CAT AD30, AD45, Sandvik 545, 551.
• Production Drill: Epiroc M4C, Jumbo – Sandvik and Cable Bolter – Sandvik.
• Nipper entry level roles require a minimum of 6 months previous mining exposure.
• Must be able to pass all mine site medicals and job task requirements.
• Open manual licence
• Operate and maintain all equipment within safety guidelines.
• Deliver targets and perform housekeeping of work areas.

To be successful

• You will have a strong safety focus.
• Excellent communication skills, be able to think on your feed and troubleshoot.
• Demonstrate your ability to work well within a team environment.
• Current manual licence.
• Previous proven experience as a Loader, Charger Operator or Nipper.

Roster: 7days / 7nights, 12.5 hour shifts. Paid 1 hour break. Must be available to FIFO, DIDO or relocate. Pre-employment medical required including general site inductions. Super paid on all hours of work.
