Our client is in need of a Multi Site Manager who will take control of two small-medium stores in the South East, both within 30 minutes of each other.
The role is suited to an established Restaurant or Store Manager looking to take their first step into Multi Site. You will have a home store and perform all regular store management duties whilst overseeing a small team of leaders and a combined team of 25+.
There will be short and long term opportunities to step up with a group that isn't slowing down.
We encourage QSR managers with 1+ years Store or Restaurant Manager experience to apply!
Benefits
- $75,000 + super + bonuses (OTE 10% salary p/a)
- Short and long term opportunities that can lead to Area Manager or Operations Manager with a rising group
- Comprehensive training will start at a Store Manager level, then transitioning into a Multi Site Manager when you're up and running
- Open availability from Monday to Sunday is preferred, however opportunity to lock in fixed rosters
- Days only operation
- Exposure to new site openings
