About the company:
Davidson is partnering with a well-known Melbourne brand who are seeking a Part Time (3 days per week) Project Administrator in the Footscray area, continently located near the Footscray train station. Offering an initial 6-month contract, with a view to longer term. This is a great opportunity for an exceptional communicator with a friendly attitude, who is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. We are seeking a professional who has a keen eye for detail, is eager to learn and able to pick up new processes and technology easily.
About the role:
- Supporting reporting requirements and coordinating information
- Liaising with senior stakeholders to gather required information
- Attend project meetings and arrange external meetings with stakeholders
- Coordinate the completion of administrative tasks within the program
- Along with all other program support responsibilities i.e. creating reporting packs, updating SharePoint and intranet communications
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Energy and enthusiasm to hit the ground running
- Understanding of project management methodologies and governance
- Candidates with previous experience with Microsoft suite, Power BI and SharePoint online (desirable)
- Your technical skills matched with strong communication and relationship-building skills will result in long-term success in the role and organisation
- Previous Project Administrator / Project Coordinator experience
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with highly effective time and self-management skills to meet deadlines, whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
