About the Role:
We are seeking a Service and Technical Specialist who shares our passion for 4WDs and the outdoors, coupled with the technical aptitude to understand and effectively communicate about our products. Based at our Head Office in Kilsyth, you will be an integral part of our small team, dedicated to providing sales support to our Wholesale Store network and Dealership customers across Victoria and Tasmania.
General Responsibilities:
- Responding to sales enquiries via phone and email from consumers, wholesale customers, and automotive dealers.
- Creating sales orders, quotes, and proposals for retail, dealer, and stockist customers.
- Assisting the team in achieving customer service KPIs and maintaining process excellence.
- Collaborating within the team to ensure prompt resolution of all enquiries.
- Building and nurturing relationships with our valued wholesale network.
- The ability to supply technical support and troubleshooting solutions over the phone or via email.
Skills and Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in or a strong passion for the 4WD industry or lifestyle.
- Liaise with sales, engineers and product managers to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently.
- Strong follow-up skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Drive and ambition to grow and develop professionally within ARB.
- Willingness to learn about the ARB 4WD accessories product catalogue.
- Mechanically minded with a technical understanding of aftermarket accessories in the 4WD Industry.
