AddressThis role will be focused on growing the rental portfolio whilst working alongside the property management team.
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Generate leads through effective prospecting & nurturing a database of potential investors
- Develop and implement Business Development strategies to attract and retain clients
- Meet goals and targets for Business Development to meet the growth plans for the department
- Follow up rental referrals and leads from the sales team
- Complete the end-to-end leasing process for new managements
- Conduct open and private inspections
- Manage the new business portfolio before handing over to a Property Manager
- Support the Property Management team when required

The ideal applicant will have:
- Minimum qualification of Victorian Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Proven experience in Business Development and rent roll growth
- High-level negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work under high-pressure with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to provide a valid Police Check
