The Position:
Great opportunity to take the next step in your Customer Service career. As an example you may come from a high volume reception or front office role. You are looking to use the skills you have developed in a professional business to business office environment with multiple challenges and problem solving opportunities.
You will commence with more basic enquiries. Over time you will progress through structured buddy training to take on more complex calls. The roles are multi-skill agents - phone, email and chat. Dealing with invoice enquiries, order management and processing. You will handle predominantly business customers in this role.
To be successful in the role:
- Previous experience in a fast paced and professional Customer Service role
- High level of accuracy

- Full Time, temporary roles available $32.37/hr +super. Moving to $33.33/hr +super in March
