We are currently looking for a multiple new team members to join us across our four Hunter Region stores in a full-time capacity.
About the role
- Provide a consistent, high level of Customer Service within our store network
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Complete all transactions in line with compliant practices (regulative, legislative and operational)
- Negotiate with customers to find win/win solutions
- Contribute to all aspects of a store, serving customers, merchandising stock, or doing deals in the buys & loans area
- Liaise with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism & diligence; and
- Assist in driving sales in store and achieving targets
About you:
- You have a naturally friendly and welcoming style, able to build great relationships and encourage repeat business with our loyal customer base
- Have a passion or interest in Technology, Gaming, Financial Services, Jewellery, Collectables, Power Tools etc. (the list goes on!)
- Able to work to and meet targets, with the ability to multi-task
- Inspire and promote great Customer Service within your team; and
- Be able to adapt and thrive in a diverse market, with a willingness to develop skills and knowledge in other Cash Converters store departments so you can grow within the business
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; and
- Previous Customer Service experience in a retail environment is favourable, but not essential
