Requirements
To be successful in these roles, you should have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in the respective field for the role
Experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of market conditions, construction techniques, and industry standards
Proficient in relevant construction management tools and software
Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
