My Place Resource Co-ordinator
Salary Range $91,870 - $118,091
Appointment salary will be based upon relevant experience and salary continuance
My Place is a not-for-profit provider of individualised and flexible supports to people with disability and their families. My Place supports approx.380 people with disability to live in their own homes, or remain in their family home, and to become valued and contributing members of their community. My Place does not support any group home, day centre of other congregate care arrangements. We support consumers in the Perth Metropolitan Area, Great Southern region and the South-West region.
We are currently seeking applications for a full time Resource Co-ordinator in the Perth metropolitan.
The Resource Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting My Place Family Services Team to meet resource requirements associated with funding, recruitment and services. Family Services work across both the NDIS and Department of Communities – Child Protection funded services.
The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary package, the opportunity to salary sacrifice, access to a meals/entertainment card, five weeks annual leave and other allowances. Whilst this work is primarily community based, the successful applicant will be required to work from a home office.

Selection Criteria
Required
- Demonstrated contemporary attitude and values toward people with disability and children/young people in the child protection system.
- Experience in contemporary and innovative service design for individuals, including children, of individual support arrangements.
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, communication and written skills.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in planning, claiming and review processes within a NDIA environment.
- Competent in the use of standard computer packages and information technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously from home office, in the community or office.
- Possess a current Drivers Licence and NDIS Worker Screening. Co-ordinators will also be required to complete to the National NDIS Orientation modules.
Desirable
- Previous experience in supporting individuals in a trauma informed way.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in processes within an Out of Home Care (OOHC) environment.
