The Role- Drive membership growth and retention through proactive strategies, emphasising the value proposition to attract new members and ensuring existing ones remain engaged
- Achieve revenue targets through selling memberships and professional development services
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the industry, fostering relationships to expand the organisation’s reach and impact
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for informed decision-making
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to growth and revenue for assessing effectiveness and guiding future strategies
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, relationship management, and market analysis, preferably within membership organisations or related fields.
They should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be adept at identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
