Your new role:
The NAB Connect app allows business customers to access their accounts seamlessly on the go, from anywhere.
Working in the NAB Connect Servicing team, you will be responsible for the education and service of NAB’s business customers with everything account related.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling between 25-45 IB calls.
- Helping to educate and service NAB’s Business Banking customers.
- Offer professional advice on financial products available and refer to relevant departments.
- Adherence to ASIC Standards and Industry Code of Practice.
Starting on 26th FEB 2024, the initial assignment length will be 12 months. Candidates with the right mindset will have the opportunity to be considered for permanent roles and career progression.
For the first 8–10 weeks you will be training, Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM, on-site at 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South 3152.
Shifts will be on a rotating roster between Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 8:00PM once you have completed your ProHub training.
