The Opportunity: Due to growth, we seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Service Advisor.
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be our customers' first point of contact, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. You will be trained to understand customer needs, provide accurate information about our services, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and looking to develop a career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and inquiries regarding vehicle service and maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
